As soon as I installed Judge.me, Han was there to help me set everything up. I didn't expect to receive any customer support, but the chat window popped up and they were happy to help. This is the only application I've ever seen instant support like that from. With Han's help, I was able to get a head start and get things moving pretty quickly. So far, I'm impressed and happy with what I've seen. The app itself is pretty customizable and everything is pretty straight forward, although there are a lot of different options. With its features and useful customer support, I went ahead and purchased the app as I can see it working out for my website. Would recommend to anyone - new or experienced.

10/10 would recommend this app to any business owner. I've been dreading importing my reviews from my other sites, because I thought it would be a long extensive process. After trying another review app before using Judge.me I almost gave up. Not only did Ben assist me in getting my reviews uploaded right away the process was seamless and took no time at all. Thank you!

I have a new store and am new to learning all this. Tried several other Apps for reviews but did not find them intuitive or to offer needed features. JudgeMe is a great starter app and customer service was very helpful my first day during set up.

"An"& others from the support team helped assist my store, it was a pleasure to get such good customer support that would listen and find the best solution to the problem that I was having which was the star colors different colors on landing vs collections pages. Overall the best review app out of all, that is for my case. Tried others, they just have a off-pudding look to them or don't fit well with many themes.

I've just been setting up the app (free version) and have found it really good so far. The set up tutorial is step by step which is really great.
I had a moment where I got stuck (my reviews were being hidden) but I messaged the live chat and they were really helpful.

Shout out to Nouhaïla who was really friendly and kind, showed me how to fix it and offered to put reviews on the collection page for me (super helpful!).

Was really impressed by the speed and quality of customer support, especially considering I'm only on the free version!

I've used Judge.me for over a year alongside other feedback collection sites. I must admit that out of them all, Judge.me offers the least intrusive, customisable and best shop specific collection of feedback out there. The widgets work great, customers seem to enjoy posting feedback on specific products as well as their overall shop experience. I recommend small sellers to this app, it will help you get established and grow

Overall a great app with a simple pricing structure that doesn't seem to tease you into upgrading like others do. I like how detailed the customizations are, including how the reviews display on your page, to the colors, and email content. This app also connects to Bon Loyalty, which I am getting set up as well. Hoping for a mailchimp integration so emails can essentially be controlled and targeted and analysed from one platform, but as of now, that doesn't detract any stars. Also fingers crossed for a minimum character count limit.

Literally every Shopify stores NEED to implement this app! All you ever need is the free plan, but additional features in the "Awesome" plan are extremely hard to resist.

The installation was very easy. I came across a few issues and normally, I would send emails back and forth between the developers, resulting in multiple days of wait time. This app has the chat feature which I utilized and it instantly connected me to a representative named "Thanh". In less than 15 minutes, she literally solve every single issues I encounter and remember, I have not PAID A DIME yet!

I am extremely dumbfounded by the customer service I witnessed and it made me grin like a joker after her magic performance to my shop. I am super impress!

I just installed it, and had to make some revisions since I had old reviews under different product names. I used the customer service to help move those reviews to the new names and it was done very quickly. This might have been the best customer service experience I've ever had.
