We've had a great experience with this app so far, the free plan was enough for all our needs and even in the free plan we had access to very helpful and fast customer service solutions.

I would recommend this app because of the customer service. They would help you with anything and help you customizing how you want yours reviews to look like.

The support was amazing ... my issue was not a problem with the software, just customers posting reviews against the wrong product codes. Qualid handled this for me over the online chat in minutes. Highly recommend for simplicity of this tool and the great customer service.

Other apps send you link to resources when you ask questions. Judge.me team literally fix issues for you. They take the time to help you get better.

The setup was straightforward, and the platform is very easy to use! It would be awesome to have a 'delete' option for reviews, especially for practice ones created to see how they appear on the site. Right now, you can only hide reviews, which can make the folder a little cluttered with both published and hidden reviews. When sending review requests manually, they have to be sent individually, though clients who check out from the site receive all reviews in one email. It would be great if I could send multiple reviews in a single email to customers who made in-person purchases.

Whenever I encounter an issue (which can sometimes happen after updating my theme), this team is incredibly responsive, addressing my concerns and questions within just a few minutes. Today, I had a problem with product review schemas on Google, and Mohamed resolved it in just 10 minutes. Thank you, team, for the exceptional support—keep up the great work!

Cannot Thanku the Judge Me crew enough for making the transition between themes in my Shopify account so so easy!!! I could not work it out myself and it was stressing me…they replied immediately and resolved my issue working an extremely short period of time!

I was pretty frustrated with the app for a couple of months because nothing was happening. Then I received an email from a client saying the links didn't work, and they couldn’t leave a review. It turned out that some settings were off. But with Igor’s quick assistance, we figured it out. Now, everything should work fine, and I’m hopeful that this app will prove to be very beneficial.
