Judge.me Product Reviews App

Had a issue with the centering a widget on a page. Contacted support got a reply with a simple resolution in about 9 hrs. Ending up being some conflicting code my team put in place in error. Couldn't ask for better support service than that!

Literally the best app ever. I personally have had it on my own store, Midori Bikinis, for years. It was one of the first apps I ever downloaded in 2013 and PJ was excellent then! Now there are many new names providing excellent support what feels as if it is literally 24/7. Now, Judge.me is doing an amazing job on multipe stores I help with including Primal Balance Nutrition which provides the best organic meal delivery service within San Diego! (I personally eat their food and can attest to the quality and freshness.).

I am just getting started and had some issue with getting set up. I reached out to the Chat and chatted with Leandro. He was very helpful and took his time to make sure I had all the information I needed to make sure my recent customers will receive emails to write reviews on my product. He was great.

The app really helps my website collect reviews and the customer support is perfect! I got my questions answered within minutes after reaching out to them. Mohamed was the guy who helped me. So far, I am happy with the experience.

The Judgeme team is truly amazing! Especially Felix and Thanh, who have been a great help to me. Felix enthusiastically answers every question and actively follows up to solve problems.
