I recently launched my store and encountered some issues with the reviews while using the free version of Judge.me.

After a live chat with Oualid, all problems were resolved in just a few minutes. He took the time to ask several questions to ensure we were on the same page and addressed everything thoroughly.

Honestly, the live chat feature, where you can also send screenshots, is such a blessing.

Great and fast response, resolved the issue quickly

Andrew did a great job supporting me. He mentioned he is new and admitted to not knowing something. I really appreciate his honesty and quickly finding the answers I was looking for.

My only concern is that he plugged my reviews json file into a free online tool to convert it to CSV. He was definitely doing this to help, but this is also a potential risk as PII or other business information could be being farmed from it.

Other than that, I'm happy with the product so far and the support I've received.
