The app is very user friendly. I did have a couple of questions that were quickly answered by Abraao through the chat feature. Abraao was able to message screenshots and walk me through the process, and also took the time to make the letter updates himself. I'm very pleased with the app and customer service!!

I have been using Judge.me for years. I have always gotten amazing customer service from adding features, to helping me lay out and expand my reviews online to help with all kinds of things. When I needed to be able to move some widgets around, and couldn't figure it out, Claudio did an excellent job helping me and found a duplicated piece of code was keeping me from being able to move block on my template.

He was very knowledgeable and helpful! The support is super responsive and I have never had an issue getting the features or help I need in a timely manner.
