I have always recieved prompt, courteous assitance from Judge.me whenever I have had to reach out to them. When the app was initially installed by a (fired) developer it was not configured correctly and we could not understand why we weren't receiving ANY reviews. The problem (varient related) was promptly fixed and viola! the reviews are rolling in. Igor also helpmed me again today with importing some data from another source and he was so pleasant and helpful. We used to use another company with Trust (think airline captain) in their name any they were anything but trustworthy and held us hostage and sent threatening letters and emails and demanded a $250 monthly fee for us to use our content, created by us that they monotize. We are so happy we switched to Judge.me. There is a bit of a learning curve but it's definately me not them :-)
We are just getting started on shopify and using judge.me for our first customer reviews. While we don't have extensive experience with loads of reviews, this app has been amazing at responding to our questions! They respond to chat requests within seconds and we have received helpful answers on EVERY single question. Super professional staff and amazing support. Functionality of the app seems 100% turnkey so far.

Had a issue with the centering a widget on a page. Contacted support got a reply with a simple resolution in about 9 hrs. Ending up being some conflicting code my team put in place in error. Couldn't ask for better support service than that!

Easy to install and set up, the basic features are great and it is easy to implement and edit some features into my store
The free plan offers a convenient and trusted method of REVIEWS from Customers. The UPGRADED PLAN is relatively inexpensive and I may give that a try when my new business picks up. They also send out automated review requests although follow-up requests require a paid plan.
CUSTOMER SERVICE was by Instant Messenger (not sure if they have live phone support) but they responded quickly and took care of my issue.
What else can I say, it works.
