I was having difficulty installing the widget on our theme, and Ron was able to help within minutes. He installed the widget, customized it to our theme colors and setup our email template all within a couple of minutes. The experience with Ron was fantastic, and I'm very happy with the app.

I literally just downloaded the app and was struggling to find an option I was looking for. Thankfully, I could directly ask someone from Judge.me and get an answer in literal seconds ! They were very helpful, polite, and to the point.

I'll update this review after having used the service more.

I initially gave 4 stars because I just added the app to my Shopify store and haven't used it much. The representative installed the app to my store and included my brand color, for FREE. Fast forward TODAY and I needed to do a product switch because I mucked up and the representative was chill and accommodating. The process was simple. I'm giving FIVE STARS because I notice a pattern... Judge.me makes it easy to do biz and do biz with them (as in customer service). Keep up the good work.

Easy to reach help when I have needed it and always get a quick response. Today was no exception... understood my question and offered resolution right away. SUPER customer service.
