So far, so good! I switched from Yotpo to Judge, and their support is good. It's also easy to install, import reviews, and customize.

Judge.me is the best. It's $15/month and has every feature you would ever need and more. Also, the best support. <3 Says that isn't venture backed.

There truly are no better apps for your customers to leave reviews, I used the free version for all of my shops, and recently had to buy the "Awesome" plan which is worth the money !

We needed assistance to install Judge.me, as we have an older site with some custom code. It took over a week for someone to respond, but once they did, it seemed that they did a good job of making the necessary changes. However, part of the functionality of our product pages got broken when they changed the code, and no one responded to multiple emails for help to resolve it.

The app looks ok, but the support service is lousy.

Customer service delivered a prompt and thorough response to my question. They're great to work with!
