Iʻve been on judge me for a few years. Getting set up was very easy. I hadnt logged in for awhile and I was blown away at how many reviews I had collected. When I was logged in the chat box opened up and a judge me representative named Han asked me if I needed any help. I was surprised and explained I was just looking around and exploring my reviews. I asked if I could set up a time to meet with someone to learn about the app. She said she could help me now if I wanted. Again.... she reached out to me! I was blown away. Han did a quick audit of my site and made sure the code was installed correctly. She fixed some little errors with my template. It was so fast and so easy. Amazing customer service. the judge me team has been great since the start. they are always quick to respond and help with issues. today I noticed that I was missing reviews on products that I had condensed from being multiple products into one product with drop-downs, and Felix very quickly helped me move the reviews to the correct products.
