5 stars for the support and service. I had difficulty installing this app as there were errors which prevented the app from installing. I received support mails each time my installation failed. Finally I decided to provide access to Felix who instantly fixed the issue, had the app installed and up and running. I wish the app could have been more easy to bulk import required reviews for all products on store but nevertheless its quite good. What made me keep going back to judge.me to get the app installed is the service they provided, the quick responses (I hardly had to wait minutes for an email response) and the awesome support and resolution by Felix. Very impressive. Thank you Felix, Celis and judge.me team.

LET ME TELL YOU WHAT PEOPLE. I HAVE BEEN TO HELL AND BACK WITH DAMN REVIEW SOFTWARE. I've tried them ALL and NO ONE has support like Judge.me. Daniel and Annie are STARS I TELL YOU. They just MAKE IT HAPPEN. None of this "let me talk to my colleagues" and then never getting back to you. None of this "oh, that review software will cost you $10,000." Excellent review app--and support is GREAT. The app is easy to setup and maintain but, on the two instances I've needed help with minor issues, it has been given within hours!
