Excellent customer service. I was having issues with setting up integration between Klaviyo and Judge.me. Their customer service team (Cassiano and Ben) were very patient and detailed, and helped me solve the issue. Very professional customer service. Highly recommended.

Customer service is BEYOND believable. Imagine messaging on a Friday evening and immediately getting a response with a resolution? Yup, for real!

The admin was extremely helpful in importing the reviews onto my website and was extremely patient. Definitely would recommend using this app as it has great customer service and a lot of support.
