Judge.me Product Reviews App

I've been using the Judge.Me app for a while now, and it's been working great for my store! It’s super easy to use, and it has really helped in gathering and showcasing customer reviews, which has boosted trust and sales.

What really stood out was the excellent customer support. I had an issue, and Nouhaila from the support team was amazing! She was quick to respond, super helpful, and made sure everything was resolved perfectly. I couldn't be happier with both the app and the support. Highly recommend!

Hands down the best review app out there and definitely the most reasonable. It connects seamlessly with Klaviyo so we can integrate star rating & testimonials into our flows.

In addition, the support is super helpful and will be able to sort you out with any issue that you have. 100% can recommend!

I had a query regarding my app and changing some things on the review page. The agent could not have been more helpful (Jess). She asked for the information, went away and within minutes she'd already done what I needed without any hesitation. This is quite possibly the best app I have on my store and the helpdesk has always been amazing!

Pretty easy to setup. Good at collecting my reviews and displaying them in the product pages automatically.
Even with the free plan - it gives a small shop enough to collect and display good reviews - which is important to smaller, especially new shops, to build credibility with potential customers.
Often times, positive reviews will give a new shop the conversions they need!
I'd recommend this to any level of shop user!

Great app to collect reviews from our clients. All queries I had were answered promptly by Igor the customer care team. Having contacted them at 11pm, I thought I wouldn't be getting a response until tomorrow, but I was wrong. I'm thoroughly satisfied.

I finally contacted Judge.me support to figure out how to get the reviews that customers have left to show up on my Shopify page. After asking the same question several different ways, I finally figured it out with the help of Gabriela. She was very patient and polite. I highly recommend this app to other small businesses.
