Judge.me Product Reviews App

The first review app I downloaded, and the only one I plan to use. Also like that it syndicates reviews with my TikTok shop.

So far so good! I love that it reminds my customers for me automatically. I have the free plan at the moment but I will be upgrading after I join the Farmers' Market this Spring.

Happy with everything so far and the customer service i received was very helpful.

The support team at Judge.me is fantastic. I had a problem linking the star ratings to specific products last night. I emailed them, and they responded immediately. I thought I'd get an automated email and have to wait days for a solution, but all interactions were in person, and my problem was solved within half an hour - such a difference from most apps, which have AI bots and long wait times. Highly recommend.

I've been using the free version for about 3 years and just upgraded to the paid plan. I cannot fault this app (both plans) and the support is available 24/7 which I completely appreciate in an app. The best reviews app around. Thanks for a great app and amazing support!!
