Judge.me Product Reviews App

I had a quick doubt with a Section within the Referrals page, and Igor was kind enough to provide me with the page of instructions showing me how to set everything up and was also very helpful in clarifying any doubt that may have come after reading the instructions sent. It's not the first time I've had a doubt or trouble working with the Judge.me app, and I have to say that every time I've had to write a message, I've always received a quick response and solution with great, helpful, and kind service. I'm very satisfied.

I needed help to get reviews working because the previous version of Shopify was no longer functional, and I couldn't fix things myself in the new app. I wrote to them, literally for 5 minutes, and they got everything working in my online store. I'm very satisfied. They also informed me via email that everything was fixed and asked me to check if everything was working as I wanted.

Appalling support and endless technical issues. We've relied on Judge.me for the past 3 years across 7 of our Shopify stores, but we're done. They duped us into their paid plan by promising collated reviews across our global stores. Now, they blame a 'technical glitch' for why reviews from our Indian store (teacurry.com) aren’t showing on our international store (teacurry.us). It's been three days of massive sales losses, and they remain completely indifferent to our plight. Still no solution, so we’re forced to find another review app. Avoid using them for your store at all costs. There are plenty of other providers who won't deceive you with false promises.

there's absolutely no word to describe my experience with Jess, she helped without me having to do anything but to accept her collaborator request! Thanks a lot! I'm on free plan but considering paid plan now because the experience.

Oualid was very helpful and quick to respond. He helped me with a couple of issues right away. Excellent customer service!

I like the advanced features in the paid plan such as the All Reviews Page which helps customers find the right product.

Review for support: They fixed an issue with DNS not propagating (bug their end) - did it in a few minutes. Good support experience.

Super easy to use! I was able to get my Etsy reviews transferred to my new site without a problem. I had one question on a Saturday night that was answered instantly by their support team!

I love this app, reviews are so important. VERIFIED REVIEWS! Judge.me is the best at protecting quality of VERIFIED reviews. I love the grouping option too, since i have one product, yet different sizes/ variants. Judge.me lets me pile all reviews into all products. Must have app in my opinion

There was an issue where reviews weren’t showing on the main page, and the problem was fixed in less than 10 minutes after reporting it. I’m really impressed with the quick response.
