Judge.me Product Reviews App

The customer service is second to none. I had some small formatting tweaks to make and Andrew helped me out with everything, brilliant service.

It's been good so far just trying to work out one kink that my client would prefer to not appear.

There are many review apps available for Shopify and other e-commerce platforms, but Judge.me definitely shines as a competitor. While the back-end and front-end are easy to use and very intuitive for customers and staff, alike, what put's them above is their customer service and support. Their team is easily accessible and very knowledgeable. Carlos was able to easily understand my issues and questions and able to direct me to the the right documents to solve my questions. He was courteous, prompt and knew the product very well. He also helped me with some styling issues/glitches. 10/10. Well done on the app and most importantly in my mind for all apps, is the support!

support is very very good they helped me with my free plan very fast . It is my third comment every time I asked for help I got help they do too many jobs for me , again , If some one need the service like this , this app is the first choice.

Quick to integrate with existing stores and to migrate reviews from other review apps. Great assistance with getting started - a customer service rep will do everything for you if needed or show you how to customise the app for our website.
