I had trouble adding star reviews to my product page in the correct placement and Abderrahim did an amazing job in resolving my issue!! Great customer service, I'm highly considering upgrading my plan!

Judge.me has been a resounding success for us—effective, easy to use, and pretty much exactly what I need. There are a few minor hiccups, of course, but the support team is probably the best and fastest I've experienced. Most importantly, though, unlike so many other Shopify apps, the free version is actually fully functional!

I've used Judge.me for years. When I recently changed themes on Shopify, I needed their support team. Not only did they get me up and running quickly, but they were very patient with me and my lack of tech skills and guided me through each step.

I was struggling with an issue on my website where the code linked to my review and star widgets became broken, duplicating both features on my website in odd places on the page. Fortunately, judge.me had a great support team and I was able to work with Abraão to easily resolve the issue. In fact, Abraão even offered to help improve the formatting and appearance of the review features on my page and I must say it looks much better. Thank you for the great support service!

I use Judge.me on both of my Shopify stores, and it's been amazing. The app is super easy to set up, looks great on product pages, and helps build trust with new customers. Whenever I’ve needed help, their customer service has been fast, friendly, and incredibly helpful—every single time. Highly recommend it to any store owner looking for a reliable reviews app!

As a small business start up in the United States, I have loved Judge.me! Easy to send reviews and display them in various areas with the FREE widgets. We are considering upgrading to the paid plan to help run campaigns and unlock some additional customizations, but the free plan has all the basics you need. Customer support was also available via chat and helped me write away.

We’ve had a great experience using Judge.me. The platform is user-friendly. The support team is exceptional, always quick to respond, helpful with customizations, and great at explaining things clearly. Highly recommend!

They are locking more and more features behind their paid plan, not worth setting up. At some point they will force you to buy their plan, at which point you will have to redo all your reviews on another app.

FROM FRUSTRATION TO FULL RESOLUTION — BECAUSE OF NOAH
From "zero stars if I could" to "where's the 10-star button?!"
UPDATED REVIEW:
After posting the (very honest) review below, I was ready to walk away from Judge.me completely. I left that review so YOU the seller can see the drastic transformation and so the powers that be can see the Value of Excellent Customer service. I’d spent hours trying to make the app work. The videos were confusing, support was unreachable, and the video if you know you know, and I was genuinely heartbroken over how much time I’d lost.

And then came Noah.

Noah didn’t just respond — they rescued the situation. With patience, warmth, and a level of professionalism that’s rare these days, Noah fixed everything:
Reviews assigned to the right products
Widgets styled and showing up beautifully
My imported reviews verified and displayed
My Review Medal activated all in real time

And here’s the kicker: Noah did all of this on a site that isn’t even live yet. I’m in the middle of a full-scale Shopify rebuild a complete storefront overhaul and they still took the time to get it right. That’s the kind of dedication you don’t see every day.

Noah made me feel seen, heard, and genuinely supported. This wasn’t a copy-paste “how can I help?” moment this was real customer care, backed by real skill and heart.
I told Noah I was ready to give up. But they didn’t just fix a technical problem they reminded me why I’m doing this in the first place. Because someone out there still cares enough to do the job right.

If you’re struggling with Judge.me, don’t give up. And if you ever get Noah in support, you’ve already won.
Judge.me PLEASE let Noah lead your next tutorial. They understand the customer journey better than anyone I’ve seen. They turned one of the worst app experiences I’ve had into one of the best.

Incredibly frustrating experience.

I have spent over 8 hours trying to get Judge.me to work. Your support claims to be 24/7 it’s not (or if it is, it’s buried so deep I couldn’t find it when I needed it most).

I tried watching the "10-minute tutorial" the first thing the narrator says is “over the next 15 minutes,” but the video is actually 8 minutes long. That’s not just confusing it breaks trust right away. And let’s not even start on the funereal background music.

The video and onboarding are created from Judge.me’s point of view, not the user's. I just wanted to import my reviews and display them on my product page — something that should be simple, but was anything but. The UI lacks clear steps, the documentation assumes you already know how the platform works, and there’s zero in-context help.

If your app is going to market itself as beginner-friendly, it needs to deliver actual step-by-step onboarding, accessible support, and clear, user-centered design. As it stands, this has been one of the most exhausting app experiences I’ve had on Shopify.

Great customer support and very easy to use app. The interface is intuitive, and whenever I had questions, their support team responded quickly and resolved my issues. Everything works smoothly, making it a pleasure to use daily. Highly recommend!
