Efficace et simple d'utilisation. Nous avions un léger souci avec la pagination mais le SAV nous a débloqué en quelques minutes à peine.

i worked with Marina to fix my review issue. I reached out to them to find out why my review count had dropped form 143 to 64. and my review rating went from 4.8 to 4.7. Marina was able to get on and fix the issue in no time . Very happy with their service.

the AI bot was not really helpful , i had to ask for a human to get my issue fixed.

We have been using Judge.me for a couple of years now and it does everything we need it too and is easy to use. We are on the awesome plan but even the free plan out of the box does alot. Very happy with the support too (thanks Brian).

Great app - so good for all stages of the ecommerce journey. The support is really good to - never a problem to contact them and they are responsive and make edits straight away. Excellent customer service (and shout-out to Ron!).
