I HAVE JUST INSTALLED THE APP WITH THE HELP OF ANDREW. THE INSTALL PROCESS WAS SEEMLESS. ANDREW WAS VERY HELPFUL AND COURTEOUS. HE EXPLAINED THINGS TO ME WHEN i ASKED QUESTIONS. A MUCH DIFFERENT EXPERIENCE WHEN ONLY 45 MIN EARLIER I INSTALLED THE 'AIR' APP WHICH WAS HORIFFIC! I UNISTALLED IMMEDIATELY BECAUSE , I COULDN'T GET IT TO WORK. THIS WAS A MUCH DIFFERENT EXPERIENCE.

I HAVE NOT USED THE APP YET, BUT WHEN i DO I WILL REVIEW ACCORDINGLY. IT IS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE TO ASSIST THE CUSTOMER ON INSTALL. BRAVO! GREAT JOB ANDREW!

Han was a huge help with the app. She was able to help me upload my old reviews and explained a few things about the app. She was AMAZING!

Love the features and seamless integration with my theme using the Free plan. Also, Victor was a great help in assisting me with my questions regarding review request emails. 10/10 recommend!
