Does exactly what I need it to do with affordable pricing. Also looks like a great API.
Extremely Disappointed with the Poor Customer Service! less that 1 star
I am absolutely shocked by the level of unprofessionalism and poor customer service I experienced with this company. The representative I dealt with was unbelievably frustrating to communicate with. He pretended not to understand me and took forever just to say a few words. It felt like he was wasting my time intentionally!
Even worse, he practically told me that I needed to figure everything out on my own, implying that they don't actually do anything to help their customers. If you don’t understand something, too bad—you’re on your own. I have never encountered such a lack of support and unwillingness to assist in any business. This was truly an eye-opener, and I am beyond disappointed. I will not be recommending this company to anyone. They need to seriously improve their customer service standards. Unbelievably poor service!

The app itself looks great, and should be easy to do, as I am new to this side of my business. I'll probably write another as a follow up once I've used it :)

Great review app. also very easy to import all of my reviews from my previous magento 2 platform (via csv file) and adding them to my new shopify store. Tons of options that I look forward to utilizing.
I've used JudgeMe for years. I tried a different review app a few months back and came straight back to JudgeMe. The support is also fantastic.
I encountered a few issues with one of the widgets. I contacted customer service, and they helped me fix the issue. I appreciate when a company cares for its customers and does everything possible to assist and solve the problem. So far, I am really happy with the app.
