Love this app's features already and the customer support live chat was beyond helpful with the many questions I had. They were able to answer all of my questions super quickly, help me resolve all the issues I was having, and were very pleasant to communicate with. Thank you!

Works pretty good for what I need.

This app has been awesome! I had some extra customization requests and when I reached out to the team they were so quick and helpful! It was a pleasure to work with them and they did a fantastic job with everything I needed.

We have been used this review app for a while. It's been great so far. The customer service response in time. Like you can get a response in real time. The app itself meet our need. It has the granularity that we can turn it on and off based on our need. One area could be better is the pagination on the review section.

I love this app! I had another one installed on my website before, but it didn't collect any reviews. Judge.me does a great job with that! It brough more life to my website and created more trust to the products we sell.
Customer support is also wonderful and very responsive, I got help within minutes and the problem I had was resolved in a blink of an eye!

While the set-up was straight forward, I ran into a problem with my theme that I wasn't able to fix. I wrote to the team and they were super responsive and went in and quickly made the necessary fixes (it was an issue with my theme, not the app).

Very kind and helpful support, easy customization and integration. Special thanks to Mohamed from the support team, who took the extra time to answer all my questions.

Here's what I was really impressed about. On one of the review widgets, the images were showing up WAY too small on mobile. I messaged support right on the shopify APP dashboard and told them. They made a change within 2 minutes, and the images were larger just like that.

Not sure better customer support exists.
