Judge.me Product Reviews App

Judge.me support is always great and has high availability. If only all apps on shopify could be like Judge.me, our business journey would be so much easier!

This is a very nice app, has all the features we need and really much more we still need to discover. The service is perfect, they are very supportive and reply fast and solve the problems very quickly. We can only recommend to keep track of all your reviews!

Amazing customer service. Hakima sorted out a linked product issue for us straight away and was a pleasure to deal with. App works really well, but customer service when needed is fast, efficient and actually helpful!

Terrible support and constant technical issues. We've used Judge.me for the past 3 years across 7 of our Shopify stores, but we've had enough. They tricked us into their paid plan with promises of collated reviews across our global stores. Now, they blame a 'technical glitch' for why reviews from our Indian store (teacurry.com) aren’t appearing on our international store (teacurry.us). It’s been three days of significant sales losses, and they remain completely indifferent to our situation. Still no solution, so we're forced to find another review app. Avoid using them for your store at all costs. There are many other providers who won't deceive you with false promises.
