I was in the process of importing reviews from my Etsy shops and experiencing an issue when Soufiane messaged me to see if he could help. He provided FAST & EXCEPTIONAL assistance. My questions were answered promptly, and I was able to quickly import the reviews. He also assisted me in customizing the widget to match my Shopify store!

I recently was informed that my previous review app would be discontinued. In my search for a replacement, I came across the Judge Me app. I’m not very tech savvy, so i reached out to the team to assist and they immediately responded and assisted with insuring a flawless transition to their app. It’s definitely an upgrade from my previous app. I definitely recommend using their app.

Fantastic customer service. After installing the app, I immediately got a follow up with a customer service specialist to help me with the onboarding and explanation of features. Within 15 minutes our review module is setup, customized to our store's branding and ready for deployment.

Amazing integration with Shopify. Hard to not give this 5 stars
