I have tried several review apps and this by far is the best. Lots of great features and ways to customize and automate. And their customer service is amazing. Super responsive and helpful. I definitely recommend!

I am still waiting for a solution to the manual review request issue not allowing me to select a date of purchase to submit a review request to my customers.

I received instructions to send request which I have been doing for years vs a solution for the date holding up the request from being submitted. I explained again in a second email with no response.

The problem has been resolved that will allow me to send manual review requests to my customers. Thanks Judge Me for working to ensure that I can send reviews to customers that make purchases on my pos.

I have been happy with my experience using the Judge.Me app on my shopify site. Been using it for over a year now. It does what I need it to do and is fairly straight forward to use. The customer service has also been very helpful and prompt when I do have questions. Been considering upgrading to the paid version for some upgraded features, mainly to have my reviews transferred over to Google shopping but currently just have been using the free version. I have been using Judge.me for a while... I started with a free account as I started my eCom business. Since then I have tried a few different review apps, but Judge.me is unlike others where, it provides ample time for users to play/test around and gives chance to experience what it would like if your review system is working or not properly which I find it very useful and trust worthy. Upon my experience for a few month, I have decided to finally make the call of signing up for an Awesome plan. As I was setting up Widgets, I ran into a few problems such as setting up Star Rating and All Reviews Page and I have reached out for help and Cassiano did amazing job helping me. He was polite, understanding, and technically inclined as a technical support should be. Thank you so much, Cassiano!

After building my Shopify store website myself (huge achievement for me!) choosing an app to collate reviews for my crafting business was the next big step.

Lots of research and reading other peoples reviews later, I decided to go with the free plan! And I'm very pleased with the results and professional look it adds to my website.
I've even been able to bring my Etsy reviews over without using and paying for another app, which was more than suitable for me.

The automated emails to customers kindly asking for reviews along with the notifications you get when someone leaves one means you can just get on with running your business.

I had to reach out to the support team yesterday and again 5 stars for the very quick help and support I received!

I am by no means tech savvy, so if I can get to grips and love the results anyone can!

I love the customizability of this app! Everything is user-friendly and has what I need as a first-time business owner navigating everything independently. In a perfect world, this would be completely free (I know wishful thinking, but I love this app so much!). What you receive on the free plan is really helpful too- right now I am testing out the paid plan, which made me realize how worth this app is.
