They offer everything I need in a reviews system, and their pricing makes all of the other review systems look like complete jokes. Get amazing reviews everyday, we actually switched to Klaviyo reviews for a while and had to switch back because we got loads more with Judge.Me and they were much better. Support is amazing and very helpful. A few things could do with improving, like the ability to edit your emails further with more branded personalisation. But overall top quality app, highly recommend.

Really recommend using this app for collecting and showcasing the reviews of product on your stores frontend. The team behind is amazing, and can help you implement the ideas you have. We love this app for our store. We've never needed customer service since it runs so easily and seamlessly, but I'm sure it's great as well! It works great with our Theme and looks professional. The automated review emails to customers have been a game changer for our online store. We have received great and valuable feedback.
