This app have been so easy to work with, and the support that comes with it is excellent. The app is great; you can customize it to fit your brand perfectly and it does a great job in soliciting reviews from customers, with the benefit of also collecting photos, which is great.

In addition to the great app, the service is phenomenal. Any time I have had a question or an issue, they are very quick to resolve it (minutes, not hours or days like many apps). Couldn't be happier with Judge.me and highly recommend to stores looking to boost their reviews.

Great option for adding reviews to your shop. Customer service is quick to help and setup your review widget to match your website. Abderrahman was awesome to work with and fixed my issues.

straight forward app - does what you need and support there if you need it

Installation and customization is fairly easy overall. We had a little trouble with a few different widgets, but the customer support team was quick to respond. Igor was the man! He helped us to manually install the code required for the widgets. He also provided answers to questions about importing reviews. Their Support Team has been very responsive every time we contact them. App is overall easy to use and Awesome Plan contains many useful features for the monthly fee versus similar apps with much higher costs. However, I think the Free Plan would benefit many small stores just starting out who may have very tight budgets.
