First off KUDOS TO RON!! At the moment I can't speak directly about the tool itself as I was required to replace the Shopify Review App and other small business owners told me to use your tool. i'm convinced on first blush it likely is a much more robust tool I'll be excited to use. Or have my customers leave reviews on. While I tried to prepare for the export of the old reviews, install of Judge.me and import of the old reviews I had I can say that when I started the proces of installing the app it wasn't clear to me exactly what was or wasn't happening. What I was able to determine was the system did import the reveiws. YEAH. But apparently a step was still skipped who knows how or why, but in this moment of head scratching up popped the chat box with a REAL PERSON. Asking me if I needed some help. And apparently he could clearly see what did or did not happen on the back end. I used to be a system administrator so wasn't afraid to copy/paste the code that somehow was missing. Ron could have done it for me but I wanted to learn a few things. He was extremeley patient. Walked me through all the steps. And then stayed online to be sure I understodd everything I saw or didn't see. I'm super happy with the support outcome.
