Cassiano from Customer Support was responsive and helpful in resolving my issue with manually sending review requests for orders before I installed Judge.me. I'd like more customization options in the review request email, and the font used in my store, but overall this is a good app and fairly intuitive.

I switched from the Shopify Reviews app to Judge.me and I'm so glad I did. Super easy to set up and works so much harder for my store. I ran into an issue while importing reviews. Some of my reviews weren't showing as verified. I reached out to Judge.me support and figured I'd hear back within a couple of days. I was pleasantly surprised to get an email back from a real person within 30 minutes! Support sorted me out with just a couple of emails. The whole fix took an hour. Again - so glad I switched.
Customer service has been pretty patient so far! Thank you! I love how they are able to be hands on with helping with the set up.
