I just added Judge.Me to my store and I am blown away by Ron's customer service. I have used a lot of chat message assistance and he went above and beyond.
Answered all my questions, helped set up, and exported/imported all my other reviews from the past app. He even helped remove widgets from my previous app.

Andrew did a great job supporting me. He mentioned he is new and admitted to not knowing something. I really appreciate his honesty and quickly finding the answers I was looking for.
My only concern is that he plugged my reviews json file into a free online tool to convert it to CSV. He was definitely doing this to help, but this is also a potential risk as PII or other business information could be being farmed from it.
Other than that, I'm happy with the product so far and the support I've received.
