This app is very helpful in that out of nowhere I recieved a text out of nowhere and was someone who actually helped me a lot.
This app is exactly what my business needs. When I installed it I was already contacted by Ron who just took the wheel and organised it all for me. That's 5 star service right there because I don't have the time to figure it all out myself. Thanks Ron for making life easier for me and I am so happy I chose this app for my reviews.
One of the best app support Ive come across. The team are super responsive. Thanh was amazing to work with, she answered all my questions. Everything is documented too and its not hard to set up all the widgets without any help. No coding required at all, the app is up to date with Shopify 2.0. The pricing is the most competitive out of all the review apps, just one easy plan. It was a very good experience with professional support and a professional app that I can highly recommend.

We just switched to Judge.me from Shopify Product Reviews, and it has been great so far. I was having difficulty with the way the page was showing up, and Victor was super helpful and responsive, answering all my questions and fixing it right away!
I downloaded the judge.me app and Ron was so helpful getting everything up and running properly for me and he answered all my questions to where I understood everything.
I had a chat with Carlos about the color of the reviews. He made the corrections for me seamlessly.
So far the app is fairly user friendly and the service has been great! Thank you.
