Great app that does what it promises. Their support is amazing as well. Any issue I had was resolved within minutes during the years I have used this app.
I had a question about a customer's email and review. Felix was online to help me out. My questions were answered right away. Also he install widgets on product pages for me! Great support if you have any questions!!!
The setup was easy with the assistance of Ron. I like that there are options available for future upgrades. I chose to start with the free version until I get familiar with the software. But overall great experience getting everything set up and ready for reviews. Thanks

Overall it is a fantastic and easy to use review widget. The one thing that I think could be improved is importing old reviews from a different platform and uploading new reviews from different sources. As I sell through more channels than just my shopify store, I would like to be able to put the reviews from those customer up on my site. However if a review doesn't come directly through the Judge.me system, it doesn't show up as a verified review which makes it look less legitimate to customers who are checking the reviews on potential purchases.
I really love the customer service especially the the customer service officer Han who helped me with the reviews set up so efficiently. Highly recommended app. Thank you so much

Very good support! Rodrigo helped me very efficiently with my issue, and all this support felt as though I was getting VIP treatment, despite me being a free plan user?! Definately will take that into consideration when upgrading plans.
