Victor was prompt and very nice. Fixed my exact issue immediately. My only piece of feedback for the app is I wish they exposed some more of the branding colors in the free version (ie body text, date color) in addition to the star color.
The support agent was absolutely amazing and helped me with lots of quick questions due to an issue with my import and setting up the app.
He was extremely helpful and patiently managed my huge number of questions, usually a support agent would be overwhelmed but not this guy he really helped me, give him a payrise!!
