One of the best customer service teams out of all the Shopify apps I've used. They are always quick to reply to my messages and do their best to fulfill my requests. Some apps want you to figure it out yourself but these guys really go above and beyond!

Send them an email and you get a response almost immediately. Send a 2nd question, same thing.
I needed a bit of handholding on my 1st campaign and I had to go back and forth almost 10 times. The same email trail, but different agents responded. All 10 SUPER helpful!!!!!
I have never written a review for customer service. This experience made me so happy.
It is curious why more organizations don't employ this structure.

The technical support team is shockingly swift in replies and technical guidance.
For users/customers like me, who always feel distanced because 1)I know nothing about computer coding, 2) there is no way to reach most online offices now via a phone call,
judge.me technical team is able to respond promptly to my queries in times of distress: ROUND THE CLOCK. I emailed them a few times between Singapore time 11am - 2pm, and Andrew responded. I emailed them again between 4pm to 8pm, and Fatima responded.
Very heartening to see such swift replies to help me.
It is so scary for me, but they helped me promptly every time.

I am not really computer savvy and I could not figure out why my reviews were now showing up. I was pleasantly surprised when I went to the chat and a real person that could help me Abderrahman was more than helpful and got everything fixed in less than 10 min and fyi it was user error ( ME) lol) that it was not right in the first place I really like the Judge.me even more now
I migrated from stampd.io to judge.me and i honestly could not be happier. Their support has always been amazing, the widgets are fantastic and I always recommend judge.me to anyone looking for a reviews app. I wish I could give it 10 stars.

LOVE this... Alot of features that are very helpful for a smaller store and larger alike. Plus Abderrhim from support was amazing when I had an issue with the new style dashboard wouldn't let me download review videos. he reverted me back to the original dash so I could get that function back. I wont use any other apps because this one is really simple.
App works as promised and the customer service is super fast and above and beyond. These folks are always super helpful when we mess things up and the ability to sync reviews across sites is super cool.

I absolutely love Judge.me. It is a great product with unbelievable support. I was having an install issue and it was Sunday...so i uninstalled to reinstall and received an email from the president because I had uninstalled. I replied because I wanted the app...and stated the difficulty i was having and he began addressing my issue. That was amazing. The tech support representative answered every question, gave me all the info i needed to understand how to gain reviews for my very small business on the free plan; and fixed everything. I am a Judge.me customer. And will upgrade to the paid plan.
