I can't say enough good things about this company! every person is very friendly, patient and helpful! I was able to resolve any issue and get everything set up easily. if i had a problem they would instantly get back to me over chat. I have had this app for many years and highly recommend!

Cassiano and Victor helped me install the review snippet to my outdated theme. There was no "typically responds in 2 hours or more" message, they were immediately available and that's one of the things I really love about using this app. The different ways to show social proof across my website in a professional, cohesive way is unmatched. I highly recommend this app for all business owners.

Had a issue with the centering a widget on a page. Contacted support got a reply with a simple resolution in about 9 hrs. Ending up being some conflicting code my team put in place in error. Couldn't ask for better support service than that!

Prompted by a tease of syndication I migrated to stamped.io with much irritation, had to hire a dev to clean things up - when that fell through I thought of streamlining more into my CRM - BIG MISTAKE - so many limitations and headaches - a whole day I will not get back. Judgeme has THE BEST help desk ready to get into your code and help you make it right. Im a loyalist, this app is one to keep.

I have been using Judge.me for a while... I started with a free account as I started my eCom business. Since then I have tried a few different review apps, but Judge.me is unlike others where, it provides ample time for users to play/test around and gives chance to experience what it would like if your review system is working or not properly which I find it very useful and trust worthy. Upon my experience for a few month, I have decided to finally make the call of signing up for an Awesome plan. As I was setting up Widgets, I ran into a few problems such as setting up Star Rating and All Reviews Page and I have reached out for help and Cassiano did amazing job helping me.
