Judge.me Product Reviews App

Excellent review app. Superb functionality in the free plan that offers genuine third party credibility to your store - the ability to integrate with other social media channels, together with many more customisable features, justifies the upgrade.

Excellent and Fast Support

Ron was very helpful in resolving an issue with our Judge.me reviews after we updated our Shopify theme. I simply explained that the review section on our product pages was displaying incorrectly, and he identified and fixed the issue right away. Quick, efficient, and hassle-free support. Very happy with the service.

I tried so many other review apps and they were all very expensive for the basic tiers and didn't really offer much at all. Judgeme has been amazing so far + the customer support is superb! I had a question about adding the star reviews to the collection pages and Hamza was super helpful and added the code for me, and even removed the old coding from an older review app that I couldn't locate myself! If I could give 50 stars, I would. :)

I have been completely happy with the reviews I receive through Judge.me. Easy to navigate and use. I used this on BigCommerce and continued when I migrated to Shopify. The migration was simple .

Unfortunately, this developer allows buyers and spammers to post and mention any marketplace directly in reviews of your product on your website, and for them, this is the norm.

Excellent App and Amazing Support!
Judge.me has been a great app for managing reviews on our store. The app works really well, but what impressed me the most was their support team. They are super helpful, responsive, and quick to understand and solve problems.
Whenever we faced an issue, their support team helped us troubleshoot it and provided a solution very quickly. Their level of support and willingness to help really makes a difference.

We run rugsco.ca, an online rug store based in Canada, and Judge.me has been a great fit for us. What stood out the most was how easy it was to import reviews from our existing Amazon listings when we launched new products on Shopify — saved us from starting from zero on social proof for items that already had solid reviews elsewhere. The import process was straightforward and the widget looks clean on our product pages without slowing anything down. Support has also been responsive whenever we had questions. What a fab experience, Felix was so patient and helpful, I had a couple of issues (user error) and he sorted them with ease and clearly explained the process. I’m loving Judge.me and I really feel it’s going to help my website in creating that trust with my customers !!

This has been a great app to use. The only reason I am cancelling it is because I am closing the store i have it attached to.
