Judge.me Product Reviews App

I love the customizability of this app! Everything is user-friendly and has what I need as a first-time business owner navigating everything independently. In a perfect world, this would be completely free (I know wishful thinking, but I love this app so much!). What you receive on the free plan is really helpful too- right now I am testing out the paid plan, which made me realize how worth this app is.

The absolute best review app that there is out there.

15 USD a month (at the time of this review), packed with features to the brim and has never failed us once.
The cost hasn't changed either since we got it, and they keep adding new features.

Iʻve been on judge me for a few years. Getting set up was very easy. I hadnt logged in for awhile and I was blown away at how many reviews I had collected. When I was logged in the chat box opened up and a judge me representative named Han asked me if I needed any help. I was surprised and explained I was just looking around and exploring my reviews. I asked if I could set up a time to meet with someone to learn about the app. She said she could help me now if I wanted. Again.... she reached out to me! I was blown away. Han did a quick audit of my site and made sure the code was installed correctly. She fixed some little errors with my template. It was so fast and so easy. Amazing customer service. I am very satisfied with judge.me

I love how the free plan offers just what a startup needs to collect reviews - I am able to personalize the emails and schedule them out for whatever time frame you choose. customer service was super fast and helpful when I had a question too! I highly recommend!

Developer here and love the app, the tech support, how easily it integrates and the value for clients. Def one of those apps that I keep in my installs for all my shopify clients. Well done. I'm not sure how it could be better? :)

I looked at many other review apps for my clients to integrate into their shopify stores and there has not been one issue that they have not been able to solve.
