Very impressed with the Judge.me app. It has a range of options for setting up how reviews look and requesting them from customers, pushing to social feeds, curation - everything you need really. It was easy to set up and the UI is clean and simple. I started with the free version which is functional enough, but the 15USD a month version has more options and is I think fairly priced for what it does so upgraded nearly straight away.
