We've been using this app on multiple stores for 6 years now. We love that they have a great free plan to start with, and that the paid plan is a super fair price. They're always adding new features, and their support is excellent. Will continue using for years to come!
Great App, for reviews at a reasonable price. We have tried a few reviews apps, always tested out first on the free plan.
Judge Me free plan is pretty good, but once you are ready to step up into the paid plan, you will find it offers everything you need - I am hoping that it will also help with google and SEO.
Excellent service - fast response from support, when needed. We are really enjoying this app and its compatibility with other integrations we use.
We've been using judge.me for years now and has been great. I do wish some of the features were more intuitive to use (e.g. product grouping) but judge.me has worked for us to collect reviews from our customers. It syncs with Google products. works well with Klaviyo and PageFly.
We had such a great experience with Claudio from Judge.me's support team! He really knew his stuff and totally got what we needed for our online store right away. The best part was how quickly he understood our problem and walked us through the solution - super clear and no fuss at all. He was so friendly and easy to work with, which made the whole process a breeze. Excellent support. I usually have a lot of formatting needs and integrations with apps like Omnisend and Shopify. They do a great job helping out and making sure the set-up is done right. I was using a different review app (much more expensive) and am glad I switched. It works great. Especially the ability to use a QR code for product reviews. I hand it out when I do in-person sales. It has increased my person reviews a lot (I barely got any before)!
