Judge.me Product Reviews App

I am using an older version of the Horizon theme, and there were some visual oddities. I wrote a message to Judge.me support and immediately received help as well as a code snippet that fixed the issue. I LOVE THIS KIND OF SUPPORT! After years of administrating everything from old phpBB and vBulletin sites to WordPress to SquareSpace to Shopify, I expect plugins to have issues -- there are just too many themes and too many possibilities for code conflicts to avoid them. So what makes the difference? Help from the experts. We're currently on the Free version which means there are settings we don't have access to e.g. the font size of the Reviews widget. However, support did assure me that this is controllable with the Awesome plan, and I am pretty sure I could figure out the CSS to edit this myself. The look and feel of the widget on the page is nice and elegant and lays out really well. Really happy I chose this--as a site admin how many times are we nervous about installing a plugin because of the potential headaches? Good support negates that fear immediately.

We use Judge.me for our Shopify store and are very happy with it. The app is easy to use, reviews are displayed nicely on our website, and customers can also add photos to their reviews. Managing and responding to reviews is straightforward, and the integration with Shopify works well.

Customer reviews are very important for a small business like ours, and Judge.me makes the whole process simple and professional.

This app is horrible. IDK why it has 5.0 stars for 45K reviews. I guess they're good at getting their own reviews but everything has been really messed up when I use this app. First off when I made the review request template then send the test scheduling it did not automatically open to the review page, it opened to my website. Why would the review app not automatically set to open to a review page? I could not find where to edit this link because it was not available to edit in the template page. So I had to message the CS and it had to walk me through where to find it.

Next I set up the review to have 2 reminders. It has been over a month and no reminders have been sent. Again, cannot figure out where to edit that so am again in a conversation with the CS so they can hold my hand and walk me through it. But somehow it is taking me 5x to ask the same question in order to get the result. Im not asking anything crazy, just how to adjust the time in between review request emails.

I hate this app. There is no way this is the best one on the market.

Oh! And lastly, it shows the stars and quantity of reviews on my website but has no where for the customer to click and read the reviews. Im sure there is some way to edit it and I just cant find it. Per usual.
