Judge.me Product Reviews App

I have been using Judge.me for years. I have always gotten amazing customer service from adding features, to helping me lay out and expand my reviews online to help with all kinds of things. When I needed to be able to move some widgets around, and couldn't figure it out, Claudio did an excellent job helping me and found a duplicated piece of code was keeping me from being able to move block on my template.

He was very knowledgeable and helpful! The support is super responsive and I have never had an issue getting the features or help I need in a timely manner.

Very impressed by this app, and also by the customer service. Worked with Daniel today for a couple of hours, as he helped me better understand the pros and cons of different ways we may use the app for collecting reviews from old customers. Looking forward to seeing more how they develop the internal logic and ability to customize review request emails and follow-ups, including for different types of product groups being sold from a single store.

We have been using Judge.me for years as a paid subscriber. The value for merchants is enormous compared to the cost of some of their competitors.

I had an issue with receiving export emails, and their live support was very quick to help me find a workaround. Very nice to have an issue solved in one live chat conversation without getting led in circles by AI bot answers.

UPDATE: The support team followed up with me the following day to let me know the issue had been resolved and the workaround was no longer necessary!

I use Judge.me for few years now and I had a problem that was my mistake and I needed help with the custom service. The problem was figured out in seconds and I could move on with my day. So happy to have a service that works and when I need help I can get it very quick. Highly recommend Judge.me app for your shop! Thank you!

Considering I removed the paid version and went back to the free (it is the right fit for now for the shop I just purchased and are reviving), the guys at Judge.Me have been very helpful in getting things working when I break them! Even going into my theme and fixing it for me. Much better than me going in there and causing who knows what damage.
