Junip ‑ Product Reviews App

I'm liking Junip more and more. Been using over a year, no issues and the updates have been helpful. It's like having an assistant. The emails sent to customer that purchased from my store are always sent in a timely fashion, which I love the fact its hands off and dine for me. Junip is definitely worth it.

A really good review app and well priced so no matter where you are in regards to your store it has a lot to offer. Support goes above and beyond for any issues you may be having whether it be installation or use.

As someone on a very small team and not really knowing what I was doing, the entire Junip team has helped from the very start ( Marcus )to a few months in ( Leah )they are there quickly to help you figure out, well the things you may stumble along the way sometimes! Leah was incredibly helpful in resolving the issues I was having with sending review emails to our customers. She quickly identified the problem and provided a solution. Not only did she answer all my questions, but she also explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. Her patience made the whole process smooth and stress-free. On top of that, she followed up the next day to ensure everything was working perfectly.

We've been looking for a free robust review integration that was simple to use. After trying many others, Junip is by far the best for small businesses with limited budgets. We've already started to see more customer engagement since setting up so we are very pleased and hope to be able to become big enough to require a paid account.

Ease of use is great, love that. Very simple, however, and you can't customize the emails to include links or offer non-product incentives (like free downloads) to users. There are ways to bypass this, such as going through Shopify Flow, but it's not intuitive or straightforward.

I wish there were more features or customizations available, but these don't seem to be available, even on higher paid plans.

I'm really happy I chose Junip for my store. I had a few questions during the migration from Loox, and Leah was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Junip is really user friendly and syncs to our shopify seamelessly. We've been happy with this app so far and our customers find it really easy to leave a review. We've run into a few technical issues and Leah has been so helpful and responds promptly and was able to fix our issue in a very timely manner.
