Expensive, but you get what you pay for which is premium customer service.
I love the ease of setting up Junip for my website, it looks great too! The customer service support is quick and efficient, Leah was very helpful and solved my issue right away.
I can honestly say it's the best helpdesk experience I've ever experienced. (So all the other reviews that say this, they are right ;-) )
We are still working with the switch from another platform, but as far as we can see now it's all very sleek and well thought out. These guys know what they are doing.
