On-boarding has been great. Going live today. Solid interactions with the team so far and I have corresponded with them considerably on styling and the Klaviyo integration. So far a much better experience than I've had with several other providers in the space.
We've just made the switch from Yotpo to Junip and are loving it so far. The platform is beautifully designed and easy to use. The features are useful and intuitive for our customers. And most importantly, the customer support is wonderful. Thank you to the Junip team!
I love it. The product emails are my favorite. I suspect some big-name brands use junip. The free plan is all I need
So far so good, transitioned from stamped, due to pricing and interface. Happy with the move so far. The interface is much more responsive and easy to use. Grouping product reviews actually WORKS unlike stamped.
Wish they had more display widgets so I could recreate some of the stuff I had with stamped, like email footer widget, just a widget on the homepage that shows total reviews and aggregate rating. I recreated it but had to do some hacky CSS and JS.
Customer support is 100x better than what you will find elsewhere. Made the switch from Yotpo and one the of the best decisions I made.
Really easy to implement and great support. But is lacking some customizations features that would make the reviews perform better in my opinion. Such as bigger bold review headings, star color customization at top and bottom (If needed to be separate). Just a few little things. But overall, great app.

I Love this app! User friendly easy accessibility for consumers to leave reviews. I love the fact that the reviews have to be approved by the shop owner before posting to website. This allows NO TROLLING and weeds out false information being placed on the website. Knowledgeable friendly staff always available through chat to help! Thanks Junip
After trying a couple of other big name review apps we landed on Junip. It's the most simple to use for us and our customers with a clean interface and plenty of options for integrations. We've found our solution!
I'm incredibly happy with our decision to migrate to Junip. We launched our store using another popular (and more expensive) solution. Once we scaled up to 2,000+ review requests/month, it became a real pain to continuing working with them. Yes, switching over to Junip has saved us money... but the real value to our business is being on a SUPERIOR platform that has 1) deep Klaviyo integrations, 2) lightning fast admin panel, and 3) effective review request flows that have beyond doubled the amount of customer reviews we typically collected before switching. The setup and integration process was easy. Junip's team has always been fast and responsive. I'm excited to see what's next for Junip as they continue to grow and innovate in the space!
