I have never experienced better customer service, probably ever. The Junip team is the real deal — incredibly helpful, responsive, and thorough. Could not recommend Junip more highly.
We just started using Junip and so far it's been easy to onboard and implement. We integrated our review flows with Klaviyo and it was straight forward. Whenever we had questions, the Junip team (Marcus in particular!) have been very friendly and very quick to respond with helpful solutions.
I use this app to get my customers to rate my products. This is my first time using an app like this. So far so good.
Great support and implementation help. The app itself is simple to navigate, and appears to be relatively lightweight in terms of its footprint on our store. It's missing some of the bells and whistles that the like of Stamped and Yotpo have (i.e. customer Q&A, UGC management is fairly basic), but in some ways that's a good thing. I think over time Junip will continue to improve, as opposed to the other platforms I mentioned, which just seemed to get bloated, and unreliable over time. Being able to send the review requests from Klaviyo is great, and Junip's mobile-first approach seems to resonate better with our customer base.

We have just started using Junip, initially there was a little bit of a glitch with the reviews appearing in our store this was due to the Shopify theme we have chosen, but support was super fast, very helpful, identified what the issue was straight away & fixed the problem very quickly. Our reviews were published on our product listings immediately, so far we are very happy, We can't wait until our customers start posting pics with their feedback.

besides all the great features Junip offers. I was really blown away by the amount of help and knowledge I've experienced working with them. Marcus, in particular, has gone above and beyond his role, this was very refreshing. all-around great work to the team a junip!!
We onboarded with Junip last month after switching over from a different provider for reviews. The transition has been super seamless, Marcus, Stuart, and the team are extremely helpful and responsive, they made sure every detail and question was taken care of. Junip is much easier to use and manage day to day, and the ability to send review request emails directly from our ESP is amazing. No annual contracts that lock you in either, pricing is friendly and much more flexible vs other providers. Given we're a young brand as well as Junip being relatively new too, we're excited to partner with a like-minded and entrepreneurial team!
Junip has been really great for us so far. It is very easy to get setup and running and the interface is very intuitive for us and for our customers to leave reviews.
I was easily able to install. It match perfectly with my site. I am going live this weekend so I'll be able to determine how well it works once the reviews start rolling in. I'll update soon.
