I trialed a couple of apps before coming across Junip. I found them hard to navigate and couldn't figure out if they would do exactly what I needed. When I signed up to trial Junip, Marcus reached out straight away, introduced himself and offered his help should I need any assistance. He answered all my questions super quick and confirmed Junip could be used for site reviews instead of product reviews (which is exactly what I wanted). He also offered to set up the reviews on my website since my knowledge with this sort of thing is very limited! So far I'm very happy with how Junip looks on my website and that you can customise it to suit your theme. Really looking forward to receiving reviews with Junip now that I am all set up. I had trouble getting out reviews to display on our new Shopify theme but Marcus on the Live Chat had it sorted in under 5 minutes and showed me how to add them in future myself too. Excellent service, thank you!

Best Shopify app experience I've ever had. From installation, to importing our 3,000+ reviews from Okendo, to customizing the way the reviews displayed on our site, the experience was seamless. Customer support is incredibly responsive, helped me get my reviews up and running in under an hour, and made small CSS tweaks to get things looking perfect. Functionality is the best I have experienced so far, especially the super easy option to group products together and share reviews across items. I've tried the other big apps out there and Yotpo and Okendo pale in comparison.

This app is really great. It has the PERFECT set of features for us compared to other review apps (and I've tried them all!) Even photo/video reviews on the free plan! The on-site widget is fantastic! and the preview really shows its features. We really like the style of the "write a review" button and also that it uses our branding colours. We also really liked how the counts for each number of stars look like, and of course always using our branding. Anyway, overall super amazing app and special thanks for the dark mode!
