The best customer service I have ever received from a review capture company. Marcus has been nothing but OUTSTANDING. He was even replying to me at 2 am making sure my review capture integration with Klavio and Attentive were active, he even went the extra mile and set them up for me. A bit expensive but does what it says on the thin. I have tired other review apps and I prefer this one the most.

Best review app out there. Super thoughtful design of both the UI, and features. Junip just gets it. I have tried "them all," when it comes to review & UGC apps. If you have or work with a DTC brand, I highly recommend you switch to/start with Junip.

I Love this app! User friendly easy accessibility for consumers to leave reviews. I love the fact that the reviews have to be approved by the shop owner before posting to website. This allows NO TROLLING and weeds out false information being placed on the website. Knowledgeable friendly staff always available through chat to help! Thanks Junip
