Junip ‑ Product Reviews App

I'm incredibly happy with our decision to migrate to Junip. We launched our store using another popular (and more expensive) solution. Once we scaled up to 2,000+ review requests/month, it became a real pain to continuing working with them. Yes, switching over to Junip has saved us money... but the real value to our business is being on a SUPERIOR platform that has 1) deep Klaviyo integrations, 2) lightning fast admin panel, and 3) effective review request flows that have beyond doubled the amount of customer reviews we typically collected before switching. The setup and integration process was easy. Junip's team has always been fast and responsive. I'm excited to see what's next for Junip as they continue to grow and innovate in the space!

Junip has given our small business the ability to affordably:
1. Ask for reviews
2. Reward our customers with a coupon for taking the time to leave a review
3. Beautifully display and share our reviews
4. Display well on Google with our awesome reviews

I'm SOOO happy I switched. They made it seamless and easy to do so. Their customer service answers SO Fast, whereas Yotpo would take forever to resolve simple problems. If you're considering switching - Just Do It! :)

The entire experience, from installation to review collection, has been top notch. Adds a ton of credibility to our brand, and allows us to get really in-touch with our user experience.

I'm probably one of many "refugees" abandoning the sinking ship that is Stamped and finding a new home. Customer Service was super helpful with onboarding, getting my reviews imported properly, and all my various questions. The review widget itself is much lighter than Stamped resulting in faster speed times for my pages. LOVE the ability to send the review requests via Klaviyo. The admin has great UX and very user friendly.

Features I wish they had or would add:
-Native integration with Loyalty Lion to be able to give rewards points for reviews
-UGC carousels integrated with social media channels to pull tagged photos over from and create carousels from those photos

Once my site started to get traffic I was able to use this app for reviews. Very simple to use and looks great. Customer service is outstanding as well, special thanks to Stuart A.

Intuitive and fast for building social proof out the box! I was set up and integrated within no time and was able to push reviews based on customer order history. The emails generate an itemized list of products they have purchased and upon receiving a confirmed review, an incentive discount is sent. Clean UX and plays nice with our site thanks to our team at Baggy [who referred us!]

We left a Yotpo for Junip and are extremely happy with the switch. Super simple integration for our developers, super simple UI for managing reviews as well as customizing reviews for different products and product categories. I'm always impressed with their support team as well. They recently helped me through a complicated problem involving other apps/vendors and I couldn't be happier with the support I received.

Love this app. Super easy to get started, doesn't' break the bank, and support is truly world class. Can't recommend highly enough. Thanks for everything Stuart and team!

I haven’t had any issues whatsoever, it was easy to set up, my customers have found it easy to use, I like that it sends an automated mail requesting the review (one less thing to worry about), the support too has been great, this might sound minute but I like that I could customise the colour of the stars to match my brand colours, the fact that the reviews are on the home page actually makes a difference for new customers.
