Junip ‑ Product Reviews App

We have been working with Junip for more than a year now and we couldn't be happier!
When we need some support or advice the team is always super reliable (reply times and feedback)
A special shout out to Malvina, whose expertise and continuous follow-ups have made our journey a breeze!

We really like using Junip. It integrates really well with Shopify and makes it really easy to manage our reviews. It also integrates with Gorgias quite well for CS.

Expensive, but you get what you pay for which is premium customer service.

I can honestly say it's the best helpdesk experience I've ever experienced. (So all the other reviews that say this, they are right ;-) )

We are still working with the switch from another platform, but as far as we can see now it's all very sleek and well thought out. These guys know what they are doing.
