We have been using another review app since we started and over time the app got more expensive and metrics related to reviews have been subpar. Been meaning to switch to a different review app but it's been on the back burner because of the amount of work that is required. However, Junip made it extremely easy to switch with their white glove onboarding support. Malvina in particular has been tremendously helpful to migrate from the old app and configure Junip to our specific needs. We could not have asked for a easier onboarding process, time will tell if Junip can deliver better performance but we are extremely confident in the team.

Amazing review app, looks very clean and professional. Besided that is their customer service phenomenal, super quick, helpful and very kind. Lovely app!

We are loving Junip so far. Have tried a few of the other larger and maybe more widely known review apps and so far Junip beats them in all categories.

Junip was easy to integrate, they had a great support staff and we saw immediate reviews after launching a campaign.

On-boarding has been great. Going live today. Solid interactions with the team so far and I have corresponded with them considerably on styling and the Klaviyo integration. So far a much better experience than I've had with several other providers in the space.

Some of my customers can't find where to review items so I just send them the link. I love this app!

Junip is the best Shopify application of its kind. If you are looking for such an application and you choose Junip, you can rest assured that it works very well. The integration with Klaviyo is also perfect. I would also like to underline the great role of the support team of Marcus. In conclusion, by installing Junip you make the best possible choice.

So far so good, transitioned from stamped, due to pricing and interface. Happy with the move so far. The interface is much more responsive and easy to use. Grouping product reviews actually WORKS unlike stamped.
Wish they had more display widgets so I could recreate some of the stuff I had with stamped, like email footer widget, just a widget on the homepage that shows total reviews and aggregate rating. I recreated it but had to do some hacky CSS and JS.

Really easy to implement and great support. But is lacking some customizations features that would make the reviews perform better in my opinion. Such as bigger bold review headings, star color customization at top and bottom (If needed to be separate). Just a few little things. But overall, great app.
