Junip have created one awesome review platform! We were quoted over £400 a month to implement Trust Pilot on our website. With the pricing options from Junip - it's a no brainer!

Likewise, we've spoken with other e-commerce brands who have implemented Yotpo and they've accrued hefty developer costs to implement & integrate on their Shopify builds. In comparison, we've got Junip up and running in less than 24 hours.

I can't remember if I had an issue with this app, but I ended up going with another app that I was already using. I am leaving this review based on their customer service. Very kind, friendly and understanding. There were some misunderstandings from another developer, which Stuart advised very kindly. I have no doubt this is an amazing app, but certainly their customer service is enough to make me want to come back again. We need more people like Stuart. Wishing them much success.

We have been using another review app since we started and over time the app got more expensive and metrics related to reviews have been subpar. Been meaning to switch to a different review app but it's been on the back burner because of the amount of work that is required. However, Junip made it extremely easy to switch with their white glove onboarding support. Malvina in particular has been tremendously helpful to migrate from the old app and configure Junip to our specific needs. We could not have asked for a easier onboarding process, time will tell if Junip can deliver better performance but we are extremely confident in the team.

The UI for managing your reviews/flows is easy to navigate yet comprehensive enough for what you're trying to achieve. Also their support team is super responsive and helpful with answering any questions. The pricing is also very reasonable for the features provided. I can't recommend them enough!
