This is a great app and really helpful customer service! Especially helpful when migrating my reviews from one account to another.

Best reviews app for Shopify that I have tried - Have experienced great customer support to get you up and running.

Really easy to implement and great support. But is lacking some customizations features that would make the reviews perform better in my opinion. Such as bigger bold review headings, star color customization at top and bottom (If needed to be separate). Just a few little things. But overall, great app.

Awesome!! I had an issue with the manual installation so I reached out to support, and I got Marcus! He was super professional and friendly, and when I couldn't figure it out, he got it done himself! The snippets look great and really make my customer-favorites pop out!

We switched to Junip from Yotpo a year ago and couldn't be happier. The Junip platform is far easier to use and their customer setup/support is 10/10. The reviews are also much better formatted for mobile. Highly recommend!

I really like the Junip app! I love the sleek look of the reviews section that blends seamlessly with my theme. It's so awesome how I'm able to customize the features to coincide with my brand. Setup and integration was very simple, and everything looks so professional. I'm a total newbie on Shopify, so I don't have any reviews, yet. But using the Junip app has made me that much more excited to get that first review. The app makes it easy to place the reviews section wherever you'd like it to appear within your theme. Thanks to the devs for making a free plan available. Since I'm just starting out, I'm not generating profit to afford a paid plan, so being able to use the app for free is so wonderful. However, once I am making a profit, I will no doubt upgrade to a paid plan to support the creators of this awesome app! I'm very happy with the features the app offers. You can add an entire page that displays your reviews. You can create automations in which an email will be sent to customers after they've made a purchase, it will ask them to write a review. For that feature, you're able to customize the timing of the automation, which is great. Thank you again to the developers, this app is amazing!

5 stars for superb customer service alone. I left a review due to some issues I was having with connectivity and showing my review (that I was able to rectify), but the change is my review is based on Marcus C who wrote me MORE THAN ONCE to make sure I felt supported. You don't find that level of support for a business as small as mine. Not only did he offer to support me himself, he left instructions on how to follow up in the future. Things happen, technology fumbles, but customer service goes A LONG WAY with me. Junip has a gem with Marcus C. Thank you!

Junip has proven to be a great resource for collecting customer and product reviews. And their service is excellent. When I had an issue, they responded right away. Very happy!
