Junip ‑ Product Reviews App

A fellow start-up friend of mine recommended Junip and she's always given me wonderful advise. I am a newbie to the app—replacing another app that my developer added when I first created my store—so I don't have anything to say about its functionality at this point. What I CAN say is that Junip provides outstanding customer service. Marcus, one of their team members, went above and beyond in helping get me set up and patiently helped walk me through the process. If the app functionality is half as good as its customer service, I know I'm going to be in good hands.

It works!!!!! I've been extremely happy with even the free level of this app. It's easy to set up and worked immediately. The review style even looks nice on my site.

i use this on my website and its amazing! works and when i get more customers i will pay for the full version i just wish it was a lifetime subscription and not a monthly subscription

Friendly and modern user interface. Reviews on site are elegant and clear. The process was straightforward and the Klaviyo integration flawless. Our point of contact Marcus has been wonderful to work with. He's provided clear direction and has been with us ever step of the way to ensure that our transition from our old reviews platform has been smooth and painless. He's also helped setup specific flows and campaigns to capture particular customers that might have slipped through the cracks in the process. So far a wonderful investment into our business' customer experience.

We use this app daily. Never an issue. Support at set up was great. Customers have never told us of any issue when doing a review. Very impressive, to be honest. Congrats to the Junip team on creating a well-designed easy to use the app.
